Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with your payment provider and take appropriate actions to recover funds where justified.

6. Available Plans Range

Upgrades and Downgrades

You may change your plan at any time. Upgrades to a higher-priced plan will be charged on a pro-rata basis, with the additional cost calculated based on the remaining units of the current plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your plan grade anytime. Cancellations will take effect immediately, with no prorated refunds provided for the unused units of the plan.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and features on the Website, including software, design elements, text, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Viresta s.r.o. or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content is strictly prohibited.

The AI-Whatever name, logo, and associated graphics are trademarks of Viresta s.r.o. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
